Billing and plan management

Manage your WooshPayment plan, subscribe or cancel via Whop, download receipts.

TLDR: the WooshPayment plan is managed via Whop platform billing (we are merchants on their platform for ourselves). Dashboard โ†’ Billing shows the active plan and takes you to Whop checkout when you want to upgrade.

Setup

  1. Dashboard โ†’ Billing
  2. See the currently active plan + feature list
  3. To upgrade: click the desired plan โ†’ "Subscribe"
  4. You'll be redirected to Whop checkout (with YOUR email pre-filled)
  5. Card payment โ†’ sessionId returned to us via webhook โ†’ plan applied in the dashboard

Available plans

See Plans and pricing for full details and feature comparison. In short:

  • Starter (FREE) โ€” free, up to 50 orders/month and $1,000 in revenue. Default plan at signup.
  • Growth โ€” $29/month, unlimited orders, custom domain, upsell, multi-currency.
  • Scale โ€” $99/month, dedicated account manager, exportable audit log, 99.95% SLA.

Payments handled by Whop. No SDI electronic invoicing for now (see "Invoice" section).

Cancel subscription

  1. Dashboard โ†’ Billing โ†’ "Cancel subscription"
  2. Confirm the prompt
  3. Whop revokes the subscription
  4. You return to the Starter plan immediately
  5. No penalties, no notice period. Any balance already paid stays consumed until cycle end.

Plan change

  • Upgrade (Starter โ†’ Growth or Growth โ†’ Scale): immediate payment for the new plan. The old one (if any) is automatically canceled.
  • Downgrade (Scale โ†’ Growth): you cancel the old plan + subscribe to the new one. The difference refund is not automatic for now โ€” write to us if you need it.

Invoice

SDI electronic invoicing (for Italian merchants) and B2B reverse-charge receipts for the EU are on the roadmap. Today Whop issues the standard receipt for the payment. For invoices addressed to your VAT number with correct details, write to us at noreply@wooshpayment.com and we'll issue one manually within 5 business days.

When you pay what

  • WooshPayment subscription fee: automatic card charge on Whop, on the subscription date and then every 30 days
  • Whop fees on your orders: these do not go through us. Whop bills them directly to your Whop business (see Whop setup for detailed fees)

So you receive two separate streams:

  1. Whop for your WooshPayment plan
  2. Whop for processing fees on your card transactions

Failed payment

If the plan charge fails, Whop retries according to its policy (usually 3 attempts over 7-14 days). After that, the subscription is canceled and the WooshPayment account automatically reverts to Starter (free). All your data stays, the Growth/Scale features deactivate.

Payment history

Dashboard โ†’ Billing โ†’ "History" shows plan charges. The Whop receipt history is also available directly from your Whop dashboard.
