Billing and plan management

Manage the WooshPayment subscription, activate or cancel the live checkout via Whop.

TLDR: Dashboard → Billing shows the plan state. You can configure everything for free in Demo; to make the checkout live, subscribe to WooshPayment at €99/month via Whop.

Setup

  1. Dashboard → Billing
  2. See the current plan: Demo or WooshPayment
  3. If you are in Demo, click Activate on the WooshPayment plan
  4. The Whop checkout for the plan opens
  5. Successful payment → Whop webhook → plan applied in the dashboard

Available states

See Plans and pricing for full details. In short:

  • Demo: free. Onboarding, connections, configuration and preview are available; live checkout stays blocked.
  • WooshPayment: €99/month. Live checkout, unlimited orders, Whop/wallet/COD if configured, pixels and priority support.

Payments are handled by Whop. Automatic SDI electronic invoicing is not available yet.

Cancel subscription

  1. Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription
  2. Confirm the prompt
  3. Whop revokes the subscription
  4. The account returns to Demo
  5. No penalties, no notice period. Configuration and data stay saved.

Plan change

The public product is currently single-tier: Demo → WooshPayment live. There are no public multi-tier plans to choose from anymore.

Enterprise agreements or manual overrides are handled directly by the WooshPayment team, not from the self-service dashboard.

Invoice

Automatic SDI electronic invoicing and EU B2B reverse-charge receipts are on the roadmap. Today Whop issues the standard receipt for the payment. For invoices addressed to your VAT number with correct details, write to us at hello@wooshpayment.com.

When you pay what

  • WooshPayment subscription fee: automatic charge on Whop on the subscription date and then every 30 days.
  • Whop fees on your orders: these do not go through us. Whop applies them directly to your Whop business.

So you receive two separate streams:

  1. Whop for your WooshPayment plan
  2. Whop for processing fees on card/wallet transactions

Failed payment

If the plan charge fails, Whop retries according to its policy. If the subscription is canceled, the account returns to Demo: live checkout is disabled, but configuration stays saved.

Payment history

The dashboard shows the plan state. Plan receipts are available in your Whop dashboard; write to us for administrative requests.
